As an Executive Assistant, you play an important role in our office and perform a wide range of responsibilities, to include:
- Manage executive calendars
- Take comprehensive notes for all meetings
- Assist in helping with assorted tasks for executive
- Make travel and accomdation arrangements
- Support dental front office staff as needed
- Answering phones, scheduling appoints, etc.
- Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of each clinical day engaged and ready to participate in team morning meeting
- Ensure that patients have an excellent experience by providing care in a patient-friendly environment. This includes bringing patients back on time for their scheduled appointment and greeting and acknowledging each patient by name at the treatment appointment.
- The goal of the assistant is to, over time, get to know the patients and interact with families on an individual level (i.e. team member remembers things about each patient)
- Serve as chairside clinical assistant, demonstrating proficiency in all areas of orthodontic assisting including, but not limited to, photographs, radiographs (panoramic and lateral cephalogram), impressions, digital scanning (iTero), reties, wire changes, initial bracket placement and bracket repositioning, expander placement/checks, aligner and retainer delivery and checks, and Essix retainer fabrication
- Demonstrate proficiency in orthodontic language and terminology such that clinical assistant can type chart notes using the terms and abbreviations used by the practice
- Demonstrate proficiency in orthodontic practice management software such that assistant can schedule next visit chairside and cover telephone to help the administrative team when necessary
- Efficiently run clinical chair to see 12-15 patients per day in a timely manner
- Provide instructions to patients/parents throughout orthodontic treatment
- This includes initial expander instructions, adjustment to braces instructions, oral hygiene instructions at the start of and throughout treatment, initial aligner instructions, and retainer instructions
- Assist in instrument sterilization via cold sterile, dry-heat, and autoclave methods
- Work with other team members, both clinical and administrative, to help the day run smoothly
- Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the doctor

As a Front Office staff member, you play an important role in our office and perform a wide range of responsibilities, to include:
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Collect insurance for all new patient appointments.
- Collect all monies due for services rendered.
- Develop and maintain doctor schedules as necessary.
- Greet and check patients in and out, before and after treatment.
- Educate, consult and present patient treatment plans and financial options.
- Responsible for Account Receivable
- Answer phone calls with positive and welcoming tone.
- Cross train as barista for our in office Charity Cafe
Responsibilities:

We are looking for an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator team member who will:
- Educate, consult and present patient treatment plans.
- Schedules and confirms patient appointments.
- Review Insurance beneift with patient.
- Enters information on dental software in patient accounts.
- Ensures and reviews entire patient account for complete and accurate information.
- Review treatment contracts and treatment consent forms.
- Develops and maintain communication with general dds.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to increase and stimulate new patient growth.
- Greet and check patients in and out, before and after treatment.
- Take new patient records that consist of xrays, photos, and itero scan.
- Follow with pending or observation patients.
As an orthodontic assistant, you play an important role in our office and perform limited clinical duties under the direction of an orthodontist. Clinical duties may include equipment preparation and sterilization, preparing patients for treatment, taking records, assisting the orthodontist during treatment, fitting bands, delivering appliances, bonding, placing Invisalign attachements, wire adjustments, and providing patients with instructions for braces, appliance and Invisalign care.
As a orthodontic lab tech, you play an important role in our office and perform limited clinical duties under the direction of a orthodontist. Lab duties include making in office clear retainers, maintaining our 3D printer, lab inventory and ordering, managing online retainer subscription program, communication with outside lab for fabrication of orthodontic applianaces, helping in sterilization and maintaining a clean work space. May perform administrative duties such as filing and pulling clear aligners for scheduled patients.
As a Barista/ Front Office staff member, you play an important role in our office and perform a wide range of responsibilities, to include:
- Greet patients and families with a smile.
- Make Starbucks drinks for patients and families.
- Clean and keep Starbucks tidy/sanitized daily.
- Monitor and maintain Starbucks Inventory.
- Assist with unboxing office deliveries.
- Assist with scanning documents.
- Assist with pulling/filing Invisalign boxes.
