- Effectively communicate the benefits of Invisalign treatment, addressing patient questions and concerns to ensure informed decision-making.
- Guide partners through the treatment process, from initial consultation to post-treatment care, ensuring they feel supported at every stage.
Training and Support at Partner Offices (North Carolina & Virginia):
- Travel to designated partner offices across North Carolina and Virginia to provide professional training on Invisalign systems, treatment protocols, and patient management.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new partner offices, ensuring consistency in service standards and alignment with Gladwell Orthodontics' best practices.
- Act as a resource for partner offices, offering ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth integration of Invisalign treatments and programs.
Efficient Submission and Management of Invisalign Cases:
- Prepare and submit Invisalign treatment cases with accuracy and thoroughness, ensuring all necessary clinical information is provided.
- Monitor the progress of each case to ensure timely processing, keeping offices informed of any updates and maintaining a smooth workflow.
